J.P. Harbaugh successfully led and managed the safety, quality, schedule, and budget for projects in the aerospace manufacturing industry for over 20 years.  He has been certified in Lean Project Management for 10 years.  He now offers his skills and knowledge as an independent consultant for clients in the construction and utility industries.
